Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing email management solution, which will grant you absolute control over your e-mail boxes and mail campaigns. With this intuitive interface, you can create a brand new electronic mail account in an instant and manage its settings with ease. Plus, you can forward emails from one email mailbox to another, create e-mail filters, create auto-response messages and defend your mailbox accounts against unsolicited bulk mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can guard all your e-mailboxes against unsolicited bulk email messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unwelcome mail messages will find their way into your e-mail box. Your e-mail messages will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an email message flagged as spam should be deleted or redirected to a specific mailbox.
Email Filters
Mail filters are perfect for filtrating your incoming mail messages on the basis of certain rules defined by you. Creating email filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will go into effect immediately. You can quickly create an e-mail filter for any of your email accounts and modify the e-mail filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming messages from one email box to another, or even to several other email mailbox accounts. Simply select the mail account you would like to redirect electronic mail messages from, then choose the target mailbox and indicate if you would like to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can easily set up the e-mail client of your liking to access your e-mail accounts. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the electronic mail account you would like to set up on your desktop PC or cellular phone and click on the email client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new mailbox account will be set up in a minute.
More Features
With the Email Manager GUI, working with multiple mailbox accounts simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager interface will also enable you to easily create an auto-reply message - specify the message you would like people to view and our system will do everything else. And if you want to set up a catch-all e-mailbox - you can do that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
